James and his team were incredible to work with and were invaluable for us first-time renovators. Our build involved the replacement of structural walls with steel beams to open up the kitchen-living-dining space, relocation of the kitchen, replacement of the bathroom and other remedial building and services works to bring the apartment into the 21st century.
